For students unfamiliar with admissions procedures, counselors will determine a range of schools that meet your needs and then devise a specific plan of action for admission to each one. Counselors work closely with juniors and seniors on the nuances of self-marketing helping them to craft a unique, consistent picture, both through written materials and personal interviews. All students benefit from coursework and mentoring sessions in personal statement essay writing, from brainstorming potential topics and editing the first draft to polishing the final product.
In addition, you can participate in workshops on improving your college applications, choosing the right major and on analytical research and writing. Social and recreational activities will also be offered since we know how important it is to have time to relax and have fun.
